Procedures:
a. Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO) on their company letterhead with seal and authorized signature addressed to GÇ£Principal BuyersGÇ¥ Bangladesh, Scand (150 reg.) and send through E-mail.
b. Buyer sends Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO).
c. Seller issues Proforma Invoice (PI).
d.Sellers bank sends Proof of Product and Bank Credibility Report of the Seller to BuyerGÇÖs bank by SWIFT.
e.Buyer sends Bank Confirmation letter or RWA by SWIFT from their bank to the SellerGÇÖs bank confirming their readiness to open LC as per Proforma Invoice.
f.Seller will provide approximately 2% unconditional Performance Bond (PG) of total invoice value to the Buyer in bond or in other format which is acceptable to the Buyer.
g.Buyers bank will issue operative Letter Of Credit in favor of Seller according to the terms and condition specified in the Proforma Invoice.
h.L/C should be opened by any scheduled bank in Bangladesh and advised through any Prime Bank to Sellers country.
